Where do you ship your wines?

We currently ship to most states within the United States where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries.

Can I return a bottle of wine if I change my mind?

Due to legal restrictions regarding the sale of alcohol, we cannot accept returns on wine. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or is flawed, please contact our guest services within 30 days for a replacement or credit.

How should I store my Prisoner Wine Company bottles?

For optimal aging and flavor preservation, we recommend storing our wines in a cool, dark place at a consistent temperature of approximately 55°F (13°C) and away from direct sunlight.

What happens if I am not home to sign for my delivery?

Carriers will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. We highly recommend shipping to a business address or a local carrier pickup location to ensure an adult is available to sign.

Are your wines vegan-friendly?

While we strive for minimal intervention, some of our winemaking processes may utilize traditional fining agents. Please contact our winemaking team for specific details regarding your favorite vintage.

How do I join the Wine Club?

You can join our exclusive membership program directly through our website. Members receive preferred pricing, invitations to private events, and flat-rate shipping on seasonal allocations.
